Nicholas de Roüalle

My name is Nicholas, I'm 33 and I'm a tech entrepreneur.
Like many men, I have androgenetic alopecia. And like many, I spent a long time looking for solutions.

Before writing about this subject, I mostly lived it. Dietary supplements, shampoos, so-called "natural" serums, injections... I tried everything. Nothing worked for me.
The real turning point came with medical treatments, and more specifically with the combination of minoxidil + topical finasteride, which profoundly changed the course of my hair loss. For more than three years, I have taken an intensive interest in androgenetic alopecia. I have analyzed more than 100 scientific studies, talked with dozens of dermatologists and hair transplant surgeons, and taken part in symposiums, conferences and many professional discussions on the topic.

Over time, this personal curiosity turned into genuine expertise. I don't have the academic background of a doctor. What I do have is the perspective of someone directly affected - someone who lost his hair, who looked for concrete answers, and who chose to approach this subject with scientific rigor, far from marketing promises and shortcuts. Today, I create educational videos to explain and break down scientific studies, and I write in-depth articles to make information understandable, nuanced and reliable.

My goal is simple: to help those going through the same situation understand what really works, what doesn't, and why.
